We had a fantastic stay at this venue. the location was superb, with a Thai restaurant nearby and a bus stop just a short walk away where we could easily catch Route 54th to the airport. the room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Despite this, the staff handled the situation professionally, and we were pleased with how it was resolved. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel to friends for its excellent location, great service, and comfortable amenities.

The hotel offers attractive and absolutely fantastic rooms in a very nice area. the staff is helpful, and the setting is great and amazing. Easy access to Willis Tower Skydeck is also a plus.
